Sofia Vergara Unveils Kmart Clothing Collection – Kmart and LF USA, a subsidiary of Hong Kong-based Li & Fung Ltd., and Latin World Entertainment Licensing will today unveil the launch of the lifestyle collection by Sofia Vergara.

Actress Sofia Vergara has created a clothing collection for Kmart that will hit stores come fall. according to WWDRetail.com. The collection includes dresses priced $29.99 to $36.99; boots, $34.99 to $49.99, knit tops, $16.99 to $24.99; handbags, $14.99 to $29.99; shoes, $24.99 to $34.99; jewelry, $9.99 to $19.99; jackets, $49.99 to $59.99; leggings, $16.99 to $26.99, and sweaters, $29.99 to $36.99.

Sofia Vergara Unveils Kmart Clothing Collection – Vergara apparently had her sights set on Kmart for some time. President of LF USA Rick Darling who worked on the collection insisted that the collection would be appropriate for the big box’s shoppers, noting,

“We think Vergara’s perfect. We don’t see her as risqué at all — just a lot of fun with a wonderful attitude, solid fashion sense and flair, and with a sound business side.”

Asked what she likes best in the collection, which is actually inspired by items in her own closet, Vergara said, “I love the dresses, especially because Kmart doesn’t really have that kind of merchandise. There is no dress department. I also love the miniskirts most.”
