Paris Chocolate Fashion Show - Ten years ago, Sylvie Douce & François Jeantet conceived the brilliant and delicious idea of a chocolate show for the public and the Salon du Chocolat was born, in Paris.
This year's Salon du Chocolat opens in Paris this week. The show has an operatic theme and includes a charity fashion show. Belgian chocolate company Leonidas and Austrian crystal specialists Swarovski worked together to build a replica of the Paris Opera in chocolate.
